One down, three more to go

I've been working on my menus. Or is it menues? Neither one looks correct and I'm too lazy to spell check. Anyway, I've been working on getting my meals lined up for the next 4 weeks. I decided to start with next week and this week we'll just kinda wing it. I have things written down but I've already had to scratch things out and rearrange. I thought I would go ahead and share what I have down for next week. Now I need to get busy on weeks 2, 3 and 4.

Monday

Lunch: pasta with heavenly meat sauce (I have the sauce in the freezer so this will be a quick and easy meal)

Dinner: Hot chicken salad, bread and veggie

Tuesday

Lunch: left-overs. I have to leave around noon to get my haircut

Dinner: Italian beef in the crockpot

Wednesday

Lunch: left-over italian beef sandwiches

Dinner: chicken fried steak a la Pioneer Woman, mashed potatoes and veggie

Thursday

Lunch: probably left-overs or a quick grilled cheese sandwich. I have a dental appt at 1pm

Dinner: Zesty crockpot chicken. New recipe, so hope it's good

Friday

Lunch: left-overs again!

Dinner: Pizza. If I have time and feel up to it, I'll do homemade, otherwise it's take-out.

Saturday

Lunch: homemade chicken tenders, potato wedges and carrots with dip

Dinner: not sure yet, maybe go out

Sunday

Lunch: chili

Dinner: pancakes, scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, maybe bacon

Nothing too exciting this week and I'm taking advantage of my crockpot for the days I know I"ll be out and about.
